Opening of the Migration Corner in Ambrolauri Children's Library
Following the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Festival, IOM opened the Migration Corner in Ambrolauri Children's Library.
On 7 July 2019, IOM, the UN Migration Agency, participated in the main event of the festival, the Farmers' Market, during which IOM presented wine and honey produced by Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Programme (AVRR) beneficiaries, returnees from Greece and Switzerland.
IOM tripled the collected amount and with an aim to support promotion of lifelong learning for all (SDG 4), the organization opened the Migration Corner in Ambrolauri Children's Library.
On 24 July IOM presented the library and the youth, who are its frequent visitors, with globes, maps and travel-related book.
