The Swiss State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) donates equipment with a total value of GEL 40 000 to the MIA Migration Department in prevention of the spread of COVID-19
The Swiss State Secretariat for Migration (SEM), together with project implementer International Organization for Migration (IOM), have donated thermal screening solutions and personal protective equipment to the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
This activity was conducted in the framework of the IOM project “Supporting the Government of Georgia’s COVID-19 Response in Migration and Border Management”, implemented through the financial contribution of the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration.
The equipment with a total value of 11 000 CHF (GEL 40 000) will benefit the MIA Migration Department in prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
